NPR’s Next Gen Radio program is a week-long training project designed to give students who are interested in radio and journalism the skills and opportunity to report and produce their own radio story. This particular project was produced in February 2016. Five early career professionals were brought to NPR station KJZZ in Tempe, Arizona to research, report, and produce non-narrated, multimedia stories.
